Refund policy

We understand — kids grow fast, and it’s not always easy to predict what will fit.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is broken or defective).
  • Online orders can also be returned in person at our offices at 6270 Boul Monk
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss in value will be the customer's responsibility.

Second-Hand Items
There are no refunds on second-hand items. However, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

Exceptions may be made if a defect is found that was not disclosed at the time of purchase (whether online or in-store) and that renders the item unusable.

New Items
New items may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as they are returned with all original tags and packaging. You may also choose to exchange the item or receive a gift card instead.
Please note: refunds are not issued to debit cards – you will be refunded in cash.

For certain products, we may need to refer you to the original supplier. In such cases, we will inform you and provide support throughout the process if needed.

Second-Hand Cloth Diapers
Second-hand cloth diapers are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges.

Sale or Clearance Items
Items purchased on sale, with a discount code, or from the clearance section are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges – thank you for your understanding!
