Sell or donate your kids' stuff and make shopping preloved the norm!

  • We no longer buy back clothing, but they will be accepted as donations in exchange for a 10% discount in-store, depending on the quantity and quality of the items.
  • We only buy back baby and toddler equipment, as well as outdoor accessories and outerwear.
  • All items must be recent (less than 5 years old), from specific brands (list below), clean, in excellent condition, and free of stains, holes, or defects.

Please note that due to demand, season, brand, or item condition, we may not be able to accept your items for buyback. However, we will gladly accept them as donations.

As of February 1st, we will no longer buy back snowsuits or winter items. We will start accepting them again only in August.

What you can receive

We are happy to be here to help you declutter your homes and give your children's items a second life while supporting the circular economy!

Resale prices are set by us based on the brand, season, and condition of the item. We strive to keep our prices affordable!

  • Resale price up to $99: 40% via Interac e-transfer
  • Resale price of $100 or more: 50% on consignment – paid only after the item is sold.
  • Get an additional 10% if you choose to be paid in the form of a gift card usable online or in-store.

*** If your payout is less than $20, you will automatically be paid in store credit in the form of a gift card.
*** If we need to wash, remove stains, or repair your items, 15-20% will be deducted from your payout.

Items We Buy

All items must be recent (less than 5 years old), from specific brands (list below), clean, in excellent condition, and free of stains, holes, or defects.

  • For outdoor use: snowsuits, winter boots, mid-season or rain suits, accessories.
  • Shoes and sandals
  • Strollers
  • High chairs
  • Playpens and travel beds
  • Sleeping bags, baby nests, footmuffs
  • Baby carriers and wraps
  • Swings and seats
  • Play mats and activity centers
  • Sports equipment (skates, balance bikes, scooters, accessories)
  • Noise-canceling headphones, nightlights, alarm clocks
  • Flotation vests and floaties
  • Meal accessories
  • Toys and books

Examples of Brands

Baby Equipment & Accessories:

Most brands will be accepted as long as the items are RECENT, STAIN-FREE, DEFECT-FREE, and IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. We prioritize the following brands: Uppa Baby, Baby Jogger, Nuna, Peg Perego, Bugaboo, Baby Bjorn, Ergo Baby.

Shoes:

Stonz, Bogs, Natives, Olang, Keens, Crocs, Geox, Panda, Naturino.

Outdoor Gear & Clothing:

Helly Hansen, Patagonia, North Face, Columbia, Reima, Deux par Deux, Souris Mini, MimiTENS, Caribou, MEC (selected items).

Toys & Books:

High-quality or wooden toys (e.g., Hape, Djeco, Lovevery, Janod, Moulin Roty). Books must be in perfect condition.

Maternity Clothing:

Must be modern, clean, and well-maintained (e.g., H&M, Tajine Banane, Mumsie).

How it works

Estimates and Pricing

Due to limited staff and availability, we cannot guarantee being able to estimate your items at the time you bring them in.

If you choose to leave them with us, you are automatically accepting our offer - we cannot store or return your items.

Sorry - we cannot negotiate in any way...please trust that we are giving you the best price possible!

To find out if we will buy your items

Email rachatnouluv@gmail.com with as much detail as possible, including:

  • Brand
  • Year
  • Link to item(s) if still available
  • Photos that are well-lit and close-up versions

We will provide an estimated price range to help you decide if you’d like to bring the item in. We conduct thorough evaluations and our resale prices are competitive with other used marketplaces.

3.

Bring your items in

If you're satisfied with our proposal, bring the item(s) during our opening hours and show us a copy of the email for confirmation. .

If we find any stains, imperfections, or if the item requires cleaning or repair, 15–20% will be deducted from the payout.
This deduction is non-negotiable at this stage.

4.

Payment

You will be paid via Interac transfer or gift card, depending on your choice, within 7-10 days of our confirmation by email.

Items valued for resale over $100 will be accepted on consignment. You will receive 50% of the sale price once the item has been sold.

If the item is not sold within 6 months, we will contact you to retrieve it and if you do not respond within 10 days, we reserve the right to donate it to a community organization
