Shipping policy

FREE IN-STORE PICK-UP

We use a self-serve pickup system at our location at 6270 Boul. Monk, inside Café Monk. If your order is too large, we will contact you to arrange a time to hand it to you in person.

All orders are placed under the staircase, in the NouLuv space, right in front of our office. Please follow the directions posted in front of the pick-up station.

DELIVERY 

Free shipping on orders over $100 anywhere in Canada (before taxes).
Otherwise, shipping is at a flat rate of $15 for Quebec and Ontario and 20$ for the rest of Canada.

Online orders are processed from Tuesdays to Fridays and within 24 hours. Delivery times for Quebec and Ontario are 6 to 10 business days. For the rest of Canada, delivery times are 8 to 12 business days.

*Please note that delivery times may be longer during promotional periods and busy holiday seasons.

*Additional delivery charges may apply for heavy or oversized items or for remote areas. We will contact you if this is the case.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your order on the carrier's website.

If ever your parcel takes longer than usual to arrive, the address given is wrong or any other problem, we invite you to contact the transport service directly in order to resolve the situation efficiently.

We also invite you to write to us at alloluv@nouluv.com to let us know about the situation so that we can also follow up and ensure that everything is in place for you to have the best possible experience.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless the merchandise is broken or defective).

Online orders can also be returned in person at our boutique: 6415 Monk Blvd.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss of value will be charged to the customer.
