NouLuv Buyback Program

Please read carefully, as we only accept specific brands and types of items. Due to demand, season, or condition, we may not accept items for resale.

We do not negotiate on our offers. All items must be RECENT models (app. 3-5 years), from the provided list, and in excellent condition (please, no stains, holes, or defects).

40%-50% on our second-hand resale price.

If the item is not in the described condition, we will deduct 10-15%. Buybacks depend on value, demand, season, and condition.

Nous ferons de notre mieux pour vous donner le meilleur prix possible — nous effectuons des recherches sur chaque objet en tenant compte de sa valeur moyenne sur le marché de seconde main, de son prix de vente à l'état neuf, et des rabais potentiels. Tous les vêtements et articles revendus en boutique sont lavés et traités avec soin pour leur donner une nouvelle vie !

IN PERFECT CONDITION - CLEAN, NO RUST, RECENT (not older than 5 years).

  • Swings, seats, bouncers 
  • Play mats, activity centers
  • Sports equipment (skates, balance bikes, scooters, accessories)
  • Strollers
  • Noise-canceling headphones, nightlights, alarm clocks
  • Life vests and floaties
  • Table accessories

Nos Normes de Qualité

Pour maintenir les normes les plus élevées pour nos clients, nous évaluons chaque article selon une charte qualité précise. Voici ce que nous acceptons :

  • Vêtements tailles 0 à 12 ans, de moins de 5 ans d’ancienneté, sans taches, trous ou défauts. Styles modernes ou vintage. Nous achetons rarement les tailles inférieures à 18 mois. 
  • Articles et équipements propres, en excellent état (SVP fournir les piles pour tout équipement afin de démontrer leur bon fonctionnement.)

Bobo Choses, Kyte Baby, Mini Rodini, Whistle & Flute, Rylee & Cru, Nununu, Creamie, Bajoue, Coccoli, Parade Organics, Little Yogi, Stonz, Bogs, Natives, mimiTENS, Caribou, Olang, Keens, MEC (certain items), Petit Lem, Petit Bateau... and other locally made brands. Select pieces from H&M, Zara, GAP, depending on age and condition.

Outdoor clothing and accessories

We buy high-end snow, rain, and other outdoor accessories (mittens, boots, baby nests, etc.)

e.g., Helly Hansen, Deux par Deux, Patagonia, North Face, Colombia, Souris Mini, Reima, etc.)

Brands not accepted for buyback

H&M, Zara, George, Children's Place, Joe Fresh, Patpat, IKKS, Cat & Jack, Romy & Aksel, Carters, Oshkosh, Aubainerie, etc.

You can always donate these items for credits.

Items not accepted:

Toys (unless they are high-end or wooden)
Small accessories
Breast pumps
Used helmets
Car seats
Underwear
Creams or skincare products
Used pacifiers and bottle nipples

Process

1.

Send an email to rachatnouluv@gmail.com to validate your items. We do not give exact amounts by email without seeing the items in person. If you wish to bring your items during our opening hours, be prepared to leave them with us for approximately 10 business days. We will reply with our offer by email only.

2.

You may bring them to our store during our opening hours or pick them up if you do not accept the offer. If you do not collect your items within 30 days following our communication, we reserve the right to place them in the store for sale.

3.

If your items need to be cleaned or repaired, we will deduct 10-15% from the commission. You will also have the option to leave them in the store as donations.

4.

You can be paid by Interac e-transfer (with a $1 fee if under $150) or in cash (only for amounts under $40). Transfers will be made within 2-3 days following a purchase agreement.

*We do our best to give you the best possible price - we research each item considering its average value on the second-hand market, its new price, and potential discounts and sales. All of the second-hand clothes and items we sell in the store have been washed and cared for so they can find new homes that will appreciate them as much as you did!*
