We buy back
Baby and toddler equipment, as well as outdoor accessories and outerwear.

We do not buy back clothing
We will accept clothes as donation in exchange for a 10% in-store discount, depending on the quantity and quality of the items.

Our pricing
We set prices based on the brand, season, and condition of the item. For these reasons, we may not be able to accept certain items for buyback, however, we will gladly accept them as donations.

Items We Buy

All items must be recent (less than 5 years old), from specific brands (list below), clean, in excellent condition, and free of stains, holes, or defects.

For outdoor use: snowsuits, winter boots, mid-season or rain suits, accessories.
Shoes and sandals
Strollers
High chairs
Playpens and travel beds
Sleeping bags, baby nests, footmuffs
Baby carriers and wraps
Swings and seats
Play mats and activity centers
Sports equipment (skates, balance bikes, scooters, accessories)
Noise-canceling headphones, nightlights, alarm clocks

Brands we don't buy back

This list is for clothing only and is not exhaustive. We may make exceptions for certain items. However, we will gladly accept most clothes as donations in exchange for a discount!

What we pay

Resale price up to $99: 40% via Interac e-transfer
Resale price of $100 or more: 50% on consignment – paid only after the item is sold.
Get an additional 10% if you choose to be paid in the form of a gift card usable online or in-store.

*** If your payout is less than $20, you will automatically be paid in store credit in the form of a gift card.
*** If we need to wash, remove stains, or repair your items, 15-20% will be deducted from your payout.

How it works

Option 2 – Online Estimate

Send an email to rachatnouluv@gmail.com with as many details as possible, including:

Well-lit photos
A link to the item if available
Brand
Year
Information available (type of use, overall condition, signs of wear or defects, etc.)

Evaluating your items

We will need 7–10 business days to evaluate your items and provide you with our offer.

Our pricing is based on the condition, seasonality, size, and brand of each item.

Please note that a 15–25% deduction will apply to any item requiring cleaning or repairs.

Payment
You will be paid by Interac e-transfer or gift card, according to your preference, within 7 to 10 days after our confirmation by email.

For consignment items:
We will contact you by email once they have been sold. If they remain unsold for 6 months, we will offer you the option to reclaim them in a timely manner, or we will donate them to a community organization.

Pour les articles en consignation : nous vous contacterons par email dès qu’ils auront été vendus. Après 6 mois nous vous offrirons de les récupérer, ou nous les donnerons à un organisme communautaire.

Nous offrons le ramassage à votre domicile dans un rayon de 3km de nos bureaux lorsque la valeur de revente des items est supérieure à 300$.

We research each item based on its average value on the secondhand market, its original retail price, and the typical discounts offered by big-box stores.

Please note that by selling to us, you obviously won’t receive as much as if you sold the items yourself.

However, we offer you a reliable and efficient solution to earn a bit of money while supporting a circular economy that benefits both our children and the planet!

Donate your clothes!

We offer a small discount in the form of a 10% discount in exchange for a donation that meets the minimum requirement (approximately 40 assorted items in good condition). Please bring them washed, folded, and placed in a bag or box.

We do not accept

Cloth diapers
Incomplete or broken toys, puzzles or very used accessories
Equipment used for security purposes or large furniture (car seats, cribs, dressers, etc.)
Potties or very used high chairs
Linens and bedding
